This is the progress so far of my first try at designing a level for UDK (or Unreal Engine 3). I’ve been wanting to try out this engine for a while now. And decided that making a level for the game Red Orchestra 2 would be a good start. Mostly because it comes close to the kind of levels I’ve been designing so far.
The level is based on an real location in the Caucasus. The mountains and forests, which dominate the landscape, will have a big impact on the atmosphere and game-play of the level.
It’s a work in progress, so things like the lighting will most likely change.
